He now runs his own global boutique learning consultancy, RJE Associates: A learning and development business with expertise in designing, delivering and collaborating with diverse clients to create leading-edge blended learning solutions. As an experienced communicator and accredited facilitator, he loves working with global audiences in the luxury hospitality and service sector. He helps people learn by bringing his own expertise and builds strong relationships with enthusiasm, to drive successful business results and change. His natural style of coaching and mentoring continuously develops growth, talent and productivity, to produce an exceptional level of customer experience for the guest.
